Between the dates of October 9th and October 23rd, Kwik Trip/Kwik Star stores experienced a network outage impacting the Kwik Rewards program. Members who swiped their rewards card during the outage have received their credits as of October 20th and all members will receive bonus visits based on their average visits earned prior to the outage by October 24th. Fleet members have also been awarded fleet points and gallons based on their prior earns before the outage.
